Drawings.

These are all drawings that I did in the late 1960's, and early 1970's.

I found them whilst looking for interesting things to scan, and thought I would share them with you.

These days I am more interested in the effect of colours, most especially in nature,

and this is why there are more photographic and encaustic images than drawings on my site.

 

The Face

I consider this to be one of my best drawings.

Many of those who have seen it say they find it

disturbing. It is not meant to be.

I suppose that it is my attempt to

to explore duality, the one face being both

male and female at the same time.
