Those of you who have done it, will know what a pleasure it is to spend a nice day on the River.

This page is for showing you one or two very unusual ways to use a boat. If any of you wish, forward me your pictures of a similarly unusual use of a boat for consideration to unclude in my Guest Page.

The boat on the right is called Bill Baggins.

This boat was seen at Teignmouth, in Devon. Beverley just had to photograph it, both of us having read (and re-read) and thoroughly enjoyed "Lord of the Rings", by J.R.R. Tolkien, if you havn't read it, you should!

What an original way to recycle an old boat

I think that this was also in Teignmouth. Not only is this a novel use for a boat, it also looks great! Top marks for style and originality.
