I must admit that I am putting this website together "on the fly",

having been inspired by the independent work of two close friends.

For links to their sites, (and now to many others) click the fishy PiL button below:

Links Galore!

I hope to learn how to put a good site together,

and hopefully to share some useful information and contacts.

I will be listing links and/or credits in due course.

Please bear with me while I gradually bring the different parts of this site on line.

It is intended as a free site, and is being put together as much as possible using free tools.

All photographs are the original work of either myself, or my wife Beverley, (apart from those in the Guest Pages which are not to be used in any way without permission from their respective owners).

If you like any enough to put them on your system as backdrops or screensavers

then we would be delighted, but please do tell us so that we can feel good!

You are also most welcome to use them on your website, provided that you credit us,

and give a link to this site.

Paul & Beverley de Boos, 2000.

The domain name paulus.org.uk was registered free with freenetname, so here is a link to their site:

Many thanks to freenetname, home of my site.

Many thanks to freenetname for what they are doing, giving all sorts of people the luxury of their own domain name.

May they live long and prospser.

Thanks also to Site Add, for registering this site with various search engines, click on their banner to visit them:

If you want your site to be known, why not use SiteAdd.

I've also added a link to Add me, another free site registering utility.

Hopefully they will also help to get my site more well known!

Another free way to get your site known...

I downloaded the spinning globe and flaming torch from CLIPART CASTLE, a free site full of

all sorts of wierd and wonderful images. Most is very "sword and sorcery" orientated, but there is also sci fi,

Egyptian, People etc., masses of clipart, 3D text, backgrounds and so on. There are now links

to this, and other free graphics sites, if you want to see them (on an animated background) click on the flaming torch:

Have you heard of Seti?

Phone home Now!

It's the search for extra terrestrial intelligence, and you can download a free screensaver from them which analyses data which they download to you. Then, when you are not using your computer, it analyses that data, searching for signs of a signal. Downloads are quick, only 5 minutes or so, and who knows, you may help to find ET!

You never know, you may find ET...

The only reason for two links is that I could not decide which I liked best!

It's a great site, named as one of Popular Science's "50 Best Of The Web" in 1999, and well worth a look.

I've added a new guestbook, courtesy of Bravenet, for details of this and their other free services click on their link:

Bravenet are a must for webmasters!
